Ingredients

  • 1 pack Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 24 count
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • cheese slices

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup sweet relish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine ground beef and all the seasoning. Mix together.
  • Line a 10" x 15" rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Press the seasoned ground beef onto the parchment paper to make a giant patty that goes all the way to the edges of the rimmed baking sheet. The beef will shrink as it cooks, I found that the 10" x 15" size results in a patty that fits the Hawaiian Roll Party Pack perfectly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until its cooked to your liking.
  • Meanwhile, cut the top half of the Hawaiian Rolls off in one big piece.
  • Drain off all the excess liquid from the beef.
  • Place the giant patty on top of the bottom half of the Hawaiian Rolls. Top with cheese and replace the top half of the rolls.
  • Slice the rolls into sliders. Serve!
  • You can stack the sliders in a crockpot and set it to warm if serving for a party. I place parchment paper in between layers of sliders so they don't stick together.

Big Mac Sauce

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish together.
