Festive cocktail to serve to a crowd at any holiday gathering.

Ingredients
  

Cocktail

  • 20 oz cranberry juice
  • 25 oz bourbon of choice lower proof is preferred
  • 20 oz ginger beer
  • 5 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 5 oz brown sugar rosemary syrup recipe follows

Festive Ice

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 6 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 clementines sliced thin
  • 12 oz cranberry juice
  • water

Brown Sugar Rosemary Syrup

  • ½ cup brownsugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions
 

Brown Sugar Rosemary Syrup

  • In a small sauce pan, add the sugar and water. Bring to a soft boil until sugar dissolves. Add the rosemary sprig and let it steep until the syrup returns to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to party.

Festive Ice

  • Divide fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs, and orange slices into an ice tray. Cover with equal parts cranberry juice and water until filled. Freeze until solid.

Cocktail

  • Mix cranberry juice, bourbon, ginger beer, lemon juice, and brown sugar rosemary simple syrup into a large pitcher. Stir well.
  • Pour over festive ice!
