California Roll Dip Appetizer
All the flavors of a California Roll but make it a dip!

- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 TBSP rice vinegar
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise Kewpie brand
- 1 TBSP sriracha, more or less to taste optional
- 16 oz imitation crab meat chopped
- 4 green onions, green & white parts chopped
- 1 large avocado chopped
- 1 large cucumber ½ cup chopped and more cut into matchsticks for serving
- Nori sheets cut into 2"x3" rectangles
Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, mayonnaise, and sriracha (if using) together in a bowl.
Add the chopped crab, avocado, green onions, and chopped cucumber to the bowl with the sauce. Toss together.
Place the bowl in the middle of the serving platter. Put the cucumber matchsticks on one side of the bowl and the nori on the other side (try to keep the nori from soaking up moisture, it will become soggy).
Serve as a little taco, take a nori sheet and add a cucumber matchstick. Spoon about a tablespoon of the dip onto the sheet. Enjoy!
