White Castle Cheeseburger Sliders

A pack of Hawaiian rolls, seasoned ground beef, cheese, and toppings of choice make for the perfect party food. Whether you’re hosting a Super Bowl party or a kid’s birthday, everyone will be a fan of these mini cheeseburgers!

What is in the White Castle Sliders?

King’s Hawaiian Rolls. You know the ones, perfectly fluffy and sweetened just right.

Ground beef. You’ll need two pounds of ground beef for each party sized (24 count) pack of Hawaiian sliders.

Seasonings. I seasoned the beef with 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, granulated onion, and 1/2 tsp of paprika.

Cheese slices. Use whatever sounds good!

Burger toppings. We severed these for a birthday party and decided on pickles, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickled jalapeno, pepperoncini, and my homemade Big Mac sauce.

Method

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add the ground beef and seasoning to a bowl and mix it around. Line a 10″ x 15″ rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper. Press the ground beef onto the wax paper to make a giant patty that goes all the way to the edges of the pan. Note: The beef will shrink up as it cooks, I found that size of pan to be perfect for the 24 pack of Hawaiian rolls.

STEP 2: Bake the patty for 15 minutes or until cooked to your liking. While it bakes, slice the top half off the pack of Hawaiian rolls. When it’s finished baking, drain off all the excess liquid (there may be a lot depending on the fat content of your beef).

STEP 3: Place the patty onto the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls, add cheese slices, and then top with the upper part of the Hawaiian rolls. Slice into individual sliders and serve!

Note: You can stack the sliders into a crockpot and use the Warm setting if serving for a party. I place a layer of parchment paper in between layers so they don’t stick together.
